Aluminium soakers are a cost-effective, easy-to-install alternative to lead flashing for weatherproofing the junction where a roof meets an existing wall, chimney or abutment. Each soaker interleaves with the slates or tiles and turns up against the wall, where it is covered by the cover flashing. Available across a full size range and supplied in bundles of 25.

Installation Advice
Interleave each soaker with the courses of slate or tile so the upstand lies against the wall, then dress a cover flashing over the upstands to weatherproof the junction.
