Rooftec Breathable Membrane BBA 95 is a BBA-certified breathable roofing underlay used in cold ventilated and warm non-ventilated pitched roof constructions. Air- and vapour-permeable, it lets moisture escape from the roof space while providing a secondary barrier against wind-driven rain and dust. Supplied as a 1.5m x 50m roll at 95gsm.

Installation Advice
