Rooftec Flex is an EPDM-based lead-replacement flashing with a core of expanded aluminium mesh, giving exceptional strength, flexibility and life expectancy. In a black finish, it is a lightweight, environmentally friendly alternative to traditional lead with no scrap value to deter theft. Available in 150–600mm widths in 5m and 10m rolls.

Installation Advice
Cut to length, dress the Flex over the detail by hand to form the profile, then fix and seal the top edge with Rooftec Lead Sealant or H.T. Adhesive.
