Rooftec Flex PLUS Anthracite is a premium EPDM-based lead-replacement flashing with an expanded aluminium mesh core and a self-adhesive butyl backing along one edge, speeding up installation. In an anthracite (dark grey) finish, it offers exceptional strength, flexibility and a 30+ year life expectancy as a lightweight, theft-proof alternative to lead. Available in 150–600mm x 5m.

Installation Advice

Cut to length, dress the Flex over the detail by hand, remove the release film from the adhesive edge and press down, then seal the top edge with Rooftec Lead Sealant or H.T. Adhesive.
